This is my blog post. I will let the headline say it all for now and if anyone eggs me on or I hear from someone that he or she or binary they or... (or you, whoever, whatever pronoun, dear blog reader and blogosphere audience anonymous) wants to know more about my experiences with this topic, I will gladly pontificate more.
Synergy in the workplace probably starts with either one of two opposite concepts: first, pay all workers at the tip-top of their pay grade and feed them all, too. Then smile a lot and feed people more delicious food, especially desserts. The alternate route to synergy is (as I said prior), the opposing one: enslave them for free, and work towards a common cause, particularly a mutual enemy.
